Even though I've studied the topics from this book for many years now, I'm getting a whole lot of help and healing from this approach. Knowing how to create the new life and actually doing it are two different things. Applying a daily step-by-step approach is yielding results already, and I'm only a week into the book. I can't thank the author, Susan, enough for writing this book and sharing it with the world.For those of you who are new to these concepts (increasing you rvibration, focusing on what you want instead of what you don't want, etc), don't let your analytical mind talk you out of reading and applying these principles. Keep at it and I'm sure you will be happily surprised. This stuff is real. I've lived it, just as the author has, and when you do, you find life gets much easier, more fun, and people and what you need appear at just the right time.After all, I'm starting a new project and this book appeared out of nowhere.
